COUNTRY STYLE BBQ RIBS
BBQ RIBS IN THE OVEN
ingredients
- 4 lb. country style ribs
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. BBQ sauce
- 1/2 c. taco sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper

Cut ribs into serving pieces; place in roasting pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain fat, reserving 2 table-spoons sauteed onions in reserved fat. Set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil. Add onions. Simmer 20 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 5. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Baking time 2 hours. (Sauce may be made ahead and frozen
