Cheese Nut Ball

ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans

directions

Place cream cheese in lare bowl and cream with mixer on medium speed. Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and mayonaise and best with mixer until smooth. With a rubber spatula fold in onions being sure to mix well. Add pepper and stir to mix well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap an store in refrigerator over night. Remove and form a round cheese ball. Roll ball in pecans to coat.
