Potato Casserol
ingredients
- 2lbs frozen hashbrowns, chunked
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 can of cream of celery soup
- 1 16oz sour cream
- parsley
- 1 bag of cheap potato chips
directions

Combine all ingredients and pour into pyrex dish. Cover with crushed potato chips.

Bake at 350° for 45 min.
