- 4 packages (1.25 oz. each) Irish Creme instant cocoa mix
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1/4 cup Irish creme-flavored syrup, if desired
- Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
- Chocolate shavings, if desired

Make this coffee drink a day or two ahead and store it in the fridge. Then just reheat on top of the stove or in microwave to be ready in a flash.
