Crunchy Oriental Chicken Salad
A good Chinese salad in a cute serving dish!
ingredients
Dressing- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tabs sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tab chopped parsley
- 2 tabs soy sauce
- 2 tabs honey
- 2 teas finely chopped fresh ginger root or 1/2 teas ginger
- 2 teas oriental sesame oil
- 1/2 teas dry mustard
- 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken (cook and then pull apart & place into dressing to marinate.)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 4 oz. (1 cup) pea pods (cut up)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup thin radishes
- 2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage

Combine all dressing ingredients. Combine all salad ingredients.

Take 4 egg rolls & make into salad bowls (bake over cupcake tin bottoms) Fill with salad. Sprinkle with peanuts.
