Pork Tenderloin with spiced cider and maple syrup
Marinade and grill or bake. Must reach 170 degrees.
ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbl maple syrup
- 2 Tbl chopped fresh ginger
- 1 Tbl Worchestershire
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 1 tsp fennel seed
- 1/4 tsp froun allspice
- Mix in blender.
