Fish a la Grecque
ingredients
- 2 pounds fish fillets (I use haddock or halibut)
- 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (1 teaspoon dried)
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 grated feta cheese

Place the fish in an oiled casserole dish. Top the filets with the onion rounds and sprinkle them with dill, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, chopped tomato, and feta cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, until the fish flakes with a fork.
