Cranberry Orange Mold
One of Nana Lou’s special recipes at the holidays
ingredients
- 1 small or 1 large package Raspberry sugar free Jello
- 1.4 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups boiling water
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce (16. 0z)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground clover
- 1 small can mandarin oranges (add juice to cold water)

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and cold water, juice from oranges, lemon juice and spices. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.

Add oranges and spoon into 5 cup mold.

Refrigerate until firm. Unmold and serve

NOTE: Nan uses Orange Cran Relish (Ocean spray in a tub) in place of whole canned cranberries
