Grilled Teriyaki Flank Steak
Grilled teriyaki flank steak is best when it has been able to marinate for several hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables.
ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak
- teriyaki sauce
- lemon-pepper

To marinade meat, place in a container and sprinkle with lemon-pepper on both sides. Pierce meat all over on both sides with a fork. Pour teriyaki sauce over meat to coat both sides.

Cover container and refrigerate several hours turning meat once or twice.

Heat grill on high. Cook approximately 8 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes then slice.

Remember to slice steak against the grain.
