Chicken Fettuccine Ricardo
ingredients
- 1 pkg. fettuccine noodles
- 4 oz. clarified butter
- Pinch coarse black pepper
- Pinch minced garlic
- 6 oz. chicken breast (cubed)
- 6 oz. quartered zucchini
- Pinch seasoned salt
- 12 oz. fettuccine
- 4 oz. whipping cream
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 3 cups cheese (2 parts Parmesan and 1 part Romano)

Cook fettuccine according to directions on the package, drain.

In a frying pan add butter, pepper and garlic. Cook until brown.

Add chicken and cook until brown.

Add zucchini, seasoning salt and stir. Add fettuccine, whipping cream, sour cream and chicken. Add cheese and serve.
