Fresh figs and lemon chicken
ingredients
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon White vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 4 fresh figs
- 1/2 Lemon sliced
- 6 Chicken breasts or thighs
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl, combine lemon Juice, brown sugar, vinegar and water. Put figs and lemon slices in a baking dish, place chicken on top, and pour vinegar mixture over chicken.

Sprinkle with salt and bake for 50 minutes basting frequently and turning figs as thy brown. When done arrange on platter and pour juices over top garnishing with parsley.
