KOLACKY
ingredients
- 1/2 Pound butter
- 1 8ox pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 Cup flour
- filling (apricot, raspberry, cheese, etc.)
- Powdered sugar

Cream butter and cheese until fluffy. Add vanilla. Combine flour and salt. Add gradually to butter mixture.

Chill until easy to handle (20 min).

Roll to 3/8 inch on floured surface and rolling pin. Cut 2 inch circles (shot glass). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press thumbprint in cookie. Fill with filling.

Bake 350° F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
CHEESE FILLING

1/4 lb ricotta cheese
- 2
1 egg
- 3
powdered sugar (start with 2 tablespoons)
- 4
Cream above ingredients until desired flavor
