MP's Chinese Chicken Salad with Won Ton Crisps
ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1/4 C White Vinegar
- 1/4 C Oil
- 1/4 C Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Salt
- No Pepper
- 1 tsp. Powered Ginger
- 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1Tbls. Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- Salad:
- Bag of cole slaw mix or chopped cabbage and lettuce
- Green onions chopped
- slivered almonds
- mandarin oranges
- Won Ton Crisps:
- Buy won ton skins

Mix all dressing ingredients together with a wisk. Set aside.

Cut up cooked chicken… preferably marinated and grilled

Slivered almonds (toasted better but not toasted are ok too)

Mandarin oranges ADD LAST SO THEY DON’T SMOOSH

Cut won ton crisps into fourths and fry in hot oil until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

AFTER ADDING ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN THE SALAD, TOSS LIGHTLY. ADD THE ORANGES, CRISPS, DRESSING AND TOSS AGAIN.

ADD MORE CRISPS BEFORE SERVING.
