  • Two Flank Steaks (1.5 Lbs Each)
  • 1/2 Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Red Dinner Wine (Burgundy)
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbs Minced Onion
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tsp Prepared Mustard
  • 1 Tbs Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Grandma’s Chili Pepper Powder
  • Scant Marjoram
  • Dash Thyme

    Marinate steaks 2 hours in above mixture.

    Barbecue until done to liking.
