Barbecued Flank Steak

ingredients
- Two Flank Steaks (1.5 Lbs Each)
- 1/2 Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup Red Dinner Wine (Burgundy)
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbs Minced Onion
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp Prepared Mustard
- 1 Tbs Salt
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Grandma’s Chili Pepper Powder
- Scant Marjoram
- Dash Thyme

Marinate steaks 2 hours in above mixture.

Barbecue until done to liking.
