Collard greens with bacon
ingredients
- 2 lbs. of collard greens cut and clean
- 1/4 cup of onion
- 10 bacon
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 5 cups of water

Cook the bacon first and cut them into pieces set it aside

In a larger casserole saute onion using a small amount of the oil that was used from your bacon, then all the collard greens and water boil until collard green is cooked then add pepper and salt. Then add the cooked and chopped bacon, boil it for 10 minutes add more water if its gets dry.
