Crunchy Onion ChickenKelly
- 1 can of French’s® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
- 2 Eggs
- Chicken Breasts or Tenderloins
1. Preheat oven to 400 degress.
2. Finely crush the fried onions. You may want to add extra seasonings to taste (Tony’s, garlic salt, onion salt, parsley flakes, etc).
3. Beat eggs.
4. Dip chicken breast into egg, then coat with onion crumbs.
5. Bake chicken for 20 minutes.
