German Chocolate Upside Down Cake
ingredients
- 1 cup pecans - chopped
- 1 8 oz. can coconut
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box pd. sugar.

Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Spread pecans over bottom of pan and spread the coconut over the pecans...Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour batter over the coconut and pecans.

Melt butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.

Pour over cake batter...Bake at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes...

*If mixture is too thick, just spoon it in.
