Stubb's Chicken and Eggnoodles
Using Stubb’s marinade a quick and delicious meal.
ingredients
- 1 Jar of Stubb’s Chicken Marinade
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Red Pepper diced
- 1 Yellow Pepper diced
- 1/2 Onion diced
- Butter (or butter substitute)
- Olive Oil
- 1 pkg Egg Noodles
- Parmesean cheese
- Parsley

Thinly slice chicken breast and cut into strips. Let marinade in Stubb’s marinade for at least 8 hours.

Sautee peppers and onion in butter and some olive oil.

When peppers are soft add chicken. Cook over medium heat until almost done.

Add remainder of Stubb’s marinade to pan and cook on medium/low until chicken is cooked through. DO NOT OVERCOOK CHICKEN.

For thicker sauce add a gravy thickener (flour and water for example)

Serve over hot egg noodles that are mixed with butter, parmesean and parsley.
