Cheesy Potatoes
This is a take on au gratin potatoes.
ingredients
- 5 lbs russet potatoes
- 2 lbs velvetta cheese
- 1 stick of butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. milk

Peel and slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Boil until tender.

Layer half the potatoes in a 9x12 pan.

Spread out half the pats of butter over the potatoes.

Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Slice and layer 1 lb of velvetta on first layer.

Repeat a second layer.

Pour 1 cup of milk over the top.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 mins.
