This is a yummy make a head of time appetizer.

ingredients

  • 4-- Eggs, slightly beaten
  • 6-- double soda crackers, crushed
  • 2-- Cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 2-- 6oz jars of marinated artichokes, chopped—retain 1/2 of oil from jar
  • 3-- Green onions including tops, chopped
  • 1-- Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Sauté onions in reserve oil, cool. Add each ingredient to sautéed onions, beating with fork after each one.

  • 2

    Bake in 9X9 prepared pan 350 degrees.

  • 3

    Let cool slightly. Cut into even squares. Serve warm or cold.

notes

This recipe can be frozen after baking to be used at a later date.
