BBQ Pork, Wyoming Style
This recipe came from Prunes and Sweetie, school friends of Brian’s. It’s very flavorful and succulent!
ingredients
- 3/4C lemon juice
- 1/2C soy sauce
- 6T honey
- 2 small shallots, chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2t salt
- 2t pepper
- 1t dry mustard
- 1/2t ground ginger
- 4 12oz pork tenderloins (or half it)

1 Puree first 10 ingredients in blender or food processor.

2 Divide pork between two large Ziplock bags. Add half the marinade in each bag. Chill overnight. Turn occasionally.

3 Prepare BBQ (medium high heat). Remove pork from marinade and put marinade in a heavy saucepan. Grill pork turning often, about 20 minutes for medium.

4 Meanwhile, boil the marinade in saucepan until reduced to sauce consistency - about 5 minutes. Slice pork and serve with sauce.
