Jill's Macaroni and Cheese
ingredients
- 1 package elbow macaroni
- 1 package colby cheese
- 2-3 pats butter
- 1 cup of milk
- salt and pepper
directions
Into large pan of boiling, salted water, pour 1 package elbow macaroni. Boil until tender. Drain and put into pan and cover with a cup of milk. Cut up cheese into chunks and add to macaroni. Salt and pepper to taste. Barely melt cheese. While this is cooking, put 2-3 pats butter into casserole dish and melt until very hot in oven. Pour in macaroni and bake 1 hour at 400.
