Fresh Tomato Tart
I love to make this. It is easy and colorful and everyone loves it!
ingredients
- 1 9-in baked pie crust
- 3 Large ripe tomatoes
- 1 large Vidalia Onion
- Seasoned Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
- 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Cup Cracker Crumbs

Slice the tomatoes and the onion and layer in baked pie crust

Season each layer with salt, pepper, basil
- 3
In a small bowl, combine mayo, parmesan and garlic

Spread mixture over tomatoes, etc
- 5
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs
- 6
Bake in oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes
