Sweet and Salty Pumpkin Seeds

ingredients
- 2 C. fresh pumpkin seeds, rinsed and patted dry
- 2 T unsalted butter, melted
- 2 T granulated sugar
- 1/2 t. kosher salt
- 1/4 t. ground cinnamon
directions
Heat oven to 300°. Spread the seeds on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until dry throughout, 50 - 60 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 350°. In a large bowl, toss the seeds with the butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Return to the baking sheet and toast, tossing occasionally, until gold brown, 10 - 15 minutes.

These can be made and stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to three days.
