ingredients

  • 1 lb. 4 oz. chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Italian parsley (finely chopped)
  • 8 slices of lemon
  • oil

    Cut the chicken into slices.Be sure to put it on a cutting board.Now its time to season the chicken.You will need a mixing bowl.Put the salt,pepper,cayenne pepper,garlic powder,now add the paprika and mix the seasonings well.Put chicken in bowl and rub until fully coated.Its time to make the batter.Get out a mixing bowl and a whisk.Put flour,egg and milk into bowl.Get a whisk and stir until smooth.Coat chicken in the batter.Put chicken in the oil.First preheat the oil to 350 degrees.The oil will spit. spit.When the batter crisp,turn flip over and cook until fully crisp.While chicken is cooking set out to obsorb oil.When done transfer to skimmer to paper towels.Transfer chicken to a serving dish.put lemon slices on the side to garnish the chicken.Sprinkle finely chopped Italian parsley.
