The Waymaker Ribeye Roast

Oil outside of roast with olive oil. Season entire roast with Cavender’s greek seasoning and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Heat up oven safe skillet on stove. When hot, add 2-3 tablespoons olive oil to cover base of skillet. Once the oil gets hot and beads up, sear the rib eye roast approximately 30 seconds per side.

Take skillet off heat. Cook at 375 in oven about 2-2 1/2 hours.
