ingredients

  • 1. 3 cups of cooked long grain rice,
  • 2. 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper,
  • 3. 1/2 cup of chopped onion,
  • 4. 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms,
  • 5. 1 cup chopped celery,
  • 6. 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts,
  • 7. 1 cup mayonnaise,
  • 8. 12 oz of shrimp,
  • 9. 7 oz of crab meat,
  • 10. 12 oz can of tomato juice,
  • 11. 1/4 teaspoon salt,
  • 12. 1/8 teaspoon pepper,
  • 13. 1/2 cup slice almonds (optional),
  • 14. 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese.

    1. Saute green pepper, onions, mushrooms and celery.

    2. Combine with the next seven ingredients.

  • 3

    3. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart dish. Top with cheese and almonds.

    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
