Salad - Lemon Pineapple Salad
ingredients
- 3 oz. lemon jello
- 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 4 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1 small red apple - chopped
- 1/2 cup celery - chopped
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Heat crushed pineapple and jello....stir into cream cheese. Add apple, celery and fold in Cool Whip. Add pecans.

Spray 8" square pan with Pam and spoon mixture into it. Chill overnight.

Cut into squares to serve. May be doubled or use sugar free jello and lowfat cream cheese.
