Christmas Salad
ingredients
- 1 lg. pkg. lime jello
- 1 pkg. cherry jello
- 1 lg. pkg. marshmallows
- 1 1/4 C. water
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. chopped nuts
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. mayonaise
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Stir water into lime jello in large saucepan. Add marshmallows. Heat until marshmallows melt and set aside to cool.

Mix together pineapple, celery, and nuts and set aside.

Blend together cream cheese and mayonaise and add to nut mixture.

Then stir into cooled lime jello mixture.

Fold in whipping cream. Pour into 9 x 13 dish and refrigerate over night, or until firm.

Dissolve cherry jello into 2 cups boiling water. Cool, then pour over set mixture. Refrigerate until set.
