Crab Chioppino for Six
ingredients
- 1/2 C olive oil
- celery (including tops)
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper (optional)
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 3 C water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 C white wine
- 3 to 5 lbs. clams
- 3 lbs. shrimp
- 3 crabs
- 2 lbs. white fish
directions

Brown celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic in olive oil.

Add tomatoe paste, whole tomatoes, water, salt, pepper and wine.

Add clams, shrimp, crabs and fish.

Simmer for about 1 hour.
