Coeur a la Creme
ingredients
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bottle chutney
- crackers for serving
directions
Whip cream cheese until firm. Then add in cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper; whip until thick. Pour into a cheese cloth lined 6-inch sieve. Let sit overnight.
