Spinach and Strawberry Salad

This is a fresh, sweet and and tangy summer salad.
ingredients
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 T grated onion
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2/3 cup canola or light olive oil
- 1 to 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- fresh spinach
directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Add honey, vinegar, and lemon juice and stir. Add oil and stir to combine. Mix in sliced strawberries.

Serve over fresh spinach.
notes
The dressing needs to be used the day that it is made, otherwise the strawberries become mushy.
