Chocolate soymilk, peanut butter and banana whip up into a delicious treat in 5 minutes.

ingredients

  • 2 cups light chocolate soymilk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large banana, frozen

directions

    1. Cut banana into 1-inch chunks. Place banana and remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.

    2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

    High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.

notes

Substitution You can use vanilla soymilk instead the chocolate for a slightly different smoothie taste.
