Tossed Layer Salad
ingredients
- 1 sm head iceberg lettuce,finely chopped
- 1/2 c celery, chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 pkg frozen small peas, thawed
- 1 c Hellman’s mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
directions
Layer all ingredients in a glass bowl and top with mayonnaise and cheese. Cover lightly with foil and refrigerate for 8hours or overnight.
