Crab Cakes_Jeremiah's
delicious commercially-prepared crab cakes, sold at Whole Foods (and at some Safeways)
ingredients
- 4 3 oz Jeremiah crab cakes
- EVOO to coat non-stick frying pan
- tartar sauce to taste, served on the side
directions
Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray and give a good drizzle of olive oil to barely coat the pan; place pan over medium heat -- when heated, add crab cakes and cook until browned on each side, about 3 or 4 minutes per side, depending on your preference for browned appearance and flavor
