Orange Ginger Dip
Nice fresh way to start an Easter Brunch.
ingredients
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange peel
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
directions
Combine all ingredients. Cover, chill. Serve with fresh fruit cut into bite sized pieces.
