ingredients

  • 2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 - 1/2 C flour
  • 1 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 C sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 - 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

    Melt 1 cup chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Set aside to cool.

    Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

    Beat butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix in melted chocolate. Add eggs one at a time and mix until incorporated.

    Add in the flour mixture. Stir in remaining chips.

    Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 350° - 10 minutes
