Raspberry Punch
for big family receptions and parties! (This is the one we used at Carrie’s wedding reception!!)
ingredients
- 3 quarts fresh raspberries
- 1 quart white vinegar
- 1 pound white sugar
- for each pint of juice
directions

pour vinegar over the raspberries.

let sit for 24 hours.

drain through a sieve or fine cheese cloth.

measure out juice - for each pint, use 1 pound sugar.

boil down for 30 minutes.

cool and bottle...

then use as a concentrate and add water to taste.
