Blintze Souffle
Perfect for a large brunch crowd
ingredients
- 2 packages frozen Cheese Blintzes
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1.5 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup OrangeJuice
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1Tablespoon Vanilla
- Grease 9 x 13 pan with 2 Tablespoons Butter
- put blintzes in the pan
directions

Beat 4 eggs in blender
- 2
Add 1.5 Cups Sour Cream
- 3
Add 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 4
Add 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 5
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 6
Beat ingredients and pour over blintzes
- 7
Bake 1 hour at 350°
notes
This is a perfect brunch addition. Just put it on the table and watch it disappear. Also if you are having a ladies luncheon the Souffle is a winner!
