  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp grated orange peel
  • 1 Tbsp peeled, finely-minced ginger

    •Cook over medium heat until berries pop (about 10 min)

    •Skim and discard foam

    •Cool and refrigerate—lasts up to 2 months
