SANDWICH SPREADS
ingredients
- EGG-HAM-SALAD FILLING
- 6 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped sweet pickle
- 1/4 cup chopped pimiento stuffed olives
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- CHEESE-PIMIENTO-OLIVE FILLING
- 2 cups coarsely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1 4 ounce jar pimiento, chopped

Combine all ingredients and mix lightly. Store covered in the refrigerator. Will keep 4-5 days.

CHEESE-PIMIENTO-OLIVE FILLING

Let cheese stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Add mayonnaise and beat smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
