Makes 2 cups/each filling

ingredients

  • EGG-HAM-SALAD FILLING
  • 6 hard cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimiento stuffed olives
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • CHEESE-PIMIENTO-OLIVE FILLING
  • 2 cups coarsely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 4 ounce jar pimiento, chopped

    EGG-HAM-SALAD FILLING

    Combine all ingredients and mix lightly. Store covered in the refrigerator. Will keep 4-5 days.

    CHEESE-PIMIENTO-OLIVE FILLING

    Let cheese stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Add mayonnaise and beat smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
