Marilynn's Dill Beans
ingredients
- Hot Glass Canning Jars
- 1 Clove of Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Cayanne Pepper
- 1 Head of Dill (Fresh)
- 6 TBL Kosher or Non-Iodized Salt
- White Vinegar
- Water

Boil equal parts of white vinegar and water (start at 344 water, 344 white vinegar).

Fill jars with fresh green beans. Add Hot water and vinegar to jars. Boil tops of jars and seal. Let develop a minimum of 24 hours.
