ingredients

  • Hot Glass Canning Jars
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Cayanne Pepper
  • 1 Head of Dill (Fresh)
  • 6 TBL Kosher or Non-Iodized Salt
  • White Vinegar
  • Water

    Boil equal parts of white vinegar and water (start at 344 water, 344 white vinegar).

  • 2

    Fill jars with fresh green beans. Add Hot water and vinegar to jars. Boil tops of jars and seal. Let develop a minimum of 24 hours.
