Maple Nut Ice Cream Pie
ingredients
- 1 Can of Eagle brand milk
- 3/4 cup maple flavor syrup
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 container cool whip
directions
Mix milk, syrup and eggs in pan and bring to boil (stir constantly) and boil about 4-5 min. until it forms a thick custard. Let it cool a few minutes. Add pecans and vanilla. Pour into a baked pie shell. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut
