Kendyl's Spaghetti Sauce
ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chuck
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, pressed
- 1 lg Jar Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 cans Petite Diced Tomatoes w/Basil
- 1 can Sliced Black Olives
- 16 sliced Green Olives
- 1 C Red Wine
- 1 container fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 T Olive Oil

Saute the onion and garlic in olive oil until tender. Turn down the heat and add all remaining ingredients other than the ground chuck.

In another pan, brown the ground chuck until no longer pink. Drain and add to the sauce mixture.

Simmer on low for approximately 2 hours.
