Cousin Marge's Sweet Potato Casserole

ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 to 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups evaporated milk (16 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 cups grated yams or sweet potatoes

Mix all in shallow buttered casserole

Bake @ 325° for 50 minutes, till puffy and browned at edges
