  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs; dry
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

    Mix all ingredients together and form mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls

  • 2

    To cook in a skillet: heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet, cook the meatballs over med. heat until brown, about 20 minutes. Drain off excess fat.

  • 3

    To cook in oven: Place the meatballs in a lightly greased baking pan. bake uncovered at 400° for 20 minutes. Drain off excess fat
