Roast Beef
This Roast Beef is very unique because is taste like Ham, but is not Ham you are eating is Roast Beef!
ingredients

- 1 beef round roast
- Salt
- Pickling Spice
- Poultry salt or (use Poultry Seasoning if Poultry salt not available)
- 1 Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 1/4 cup Celery (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Rinse beef round roast with water then pat with paper towel to dry.

3. Cut onions, carrots, and celery.

4. Place 1/2 the onion and carrots slices on the bottom of the dry roaster pan. Season roast on all sides with 1 tsp salt, and sprinkle with Poultry Seasoning, Pickling Spice (sprinkle as much as you want) and lay on top of the bed of onions. Lay remaining onions, sliced carrot (and celery) on top of the roast.

5. Then place roaster pan with roast in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
