Hershey Chocolate Cake
ingredients
- 1 3/4 C unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2 C sugar
- 3/4 C cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 C boiling water

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

Add remaining ingredients except water, beat for 2 minutes (medium speed).

Stir in boiling water. Batter will be very runny.

Pour into greased pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes

Cupcakes 12-15 minutes
