Garlic and Cilantro Sauce

This sauce is wild, it has a good lemon flavor with garlic and cilantro. Goes good with any type of steak. Men love this sauce even those who don’t like cilantro.
ingredients
- 1 medium garlic clove or 1 tablespoon minces garlic
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
directions
Blend Mince garlic, salt and remaining sauce ingredients, blend until smooth.
