ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 stick oleo or butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding (8 servings)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • chocolate syrup

    In pan on stove, boil water and oleo. Add flour all at once. Stir hard and blend well until mixture cleans sides of pan. Cool. Put in bowl. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each egg. Spread on ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Prepare pudding as directed on box. Add cream cheese and beat well. Spread over cream puff base. Cover with whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate syrup
